While the Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to arrive with 8GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 12GB RAM + 512GB storage, and 12GB RAM + 1TB storage variants.
Apart from the memory configuration, Samsung is also looking to improve the battery life of the Galaxy S23 lineup. The Galaxy S23 Series smartphone will arrive with LPDDR5X RAM instead of the LPDDR5 and the latest change will give the device a boost of 50% faster performance.
