Samsung Galaxy devices have started getting Google Play System update. The update is rolling for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy A-series and more. The update arrives with a size of 55MB. This update improves the system’s stability.
Recently, a few users online reported that their Samsung phones — including flagships like the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 — are somehow stuck on Google Play system updates from July of 2022.
How to check your Google Play security update version?
In order to get the latest Google Play security update on your device you just need to Open Settings -> Navigate to the Security & Privacy section -> Expand the Updates section -> Compare both Google Play update versions to the latest ones.
So finally the update is rolling out again and we can expect some sort of fix will soon be released. The Galaxy devices have already started getting January 2023 security patch update.
