We recently revealed the full specifications of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Series launch is finally around the corner. The whole lineup will consist of three models the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Now, ahead of the official Unpacked 2023 event, the Galaxy S23 Ultra 12GB variant benchmark scores have finally been revealed by tipster Anthony.

According to the Geekbench database, the 12GB variant of the Galaxy S23 Ultra was spotted with the model number SM-S918B and during the test it received 1495 points in single-core and 4647 in multi-scores.

As per the latest leak, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra may arrive with a 6.8-inch 1,440 x 3,088 resolution Flat OLED LTPO 3.0 display consisting of 1750nits / 2200+nits Max Peak brightness. The smartphone will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.

The Galaxy S23U will get a 120Hz refresh rate with a 19.3:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen2 AC version (overclocked 3.26ghz) and it could pair with upto 16GB RAM LPDDR5X RAM with up to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage variants.

For cooling the smartphone may get Vapour Chamber and as far as the camera specifications are concerned, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will arrive with a 200MP main HP2 sensor with OIS + 2L5 sensor 12MP UltraWide + 3J2 sensor 10MP with 3x zoom telephoto + 3J2 sensor 10MP with 10x zoom Periscope lens quad rear camera setup.

For selfie purposes, the Galaxy S23 Ultra is expected to arrive with a 12MP 2L5 sensor front camera. The camera’s of the smartphone can capable of recording up to 8K videos at 30fps. Other specifications include 3D Sonic Gen 3 in-display fingerprint sensor, 5000 mAh Battery capacity, Bluetooth 5.3 & Wifi 7, S Pen support, Phantom black, Green, Lavender, and cream colors.
