The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus models could come with a new 50MP primary camera. the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra Night Mode will give you extremely bright results with “night vision.”
With this, the Galaxy S23 regular and Plus models are also reported to come with only 8GB RAM option, just like the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22 Plus. At the same time, the Galaxy S23 Ultra can come with 12GB RAM options and up to 1TB of storage.

This is not a huge change but battery optimization can definitely be expected. There will be no change in the battery of Galaxy S23 Ultra. It will again come with 5,000mAh only. The Galaxy S23 phones will support 25W wired charging.
