Bixby is Samsung’s official virtual assistant same as the Google Assitant and Apple Siri. Bixby made its first debut on the Samsung Galaxy S8 in 2017 and then it’s widely available for Samsung products like Samsung’s Family Hub fridges and TVs.
Samsung Bixby can not only send texts, it can also type out just about anything, whether you are using Messages, Samsung Notes, or Samsung Internet. Below you can check the simple steps for turning on Bixby dictation.
Open Bixby by pressing and holding either the Bixby or Side key. If needed, tap the House icon to be taken to the Assistant Home page. Tap Menu and then tap the Settings icon. Swipe to and tap the switch next to Bixby dictation to turn it on.
To use dictation, open an app that uses a keyboard, such as Messages. Open the Samsung keyboard, and then press and hold the Bixby or Side key.
