Samsung could launch its foldable screen laptop by next year

It indicates that when the laptop is folded then the top screen is used as a display while the bottom can be used as a touchscreen keyboard.

While it makes the panel for devices which is as small as smartwatches and at the same time, as big as 65-inch TVs. While the South Korean tech giant planning to enter into a new device segment with a 17.3-inch OLED panel. As per the report, Samsung will be going to enter the foldable screen laptop segment next year.

Additionally, Samsung Display has reportedly focused in order to make 8.5 million OLED panels for laptops in 2023. Out of the same, the majority will be supplied to ASUS. Notably, ASUS is presently using LG’s foldable OLED panels for its foldable laptops. As per the market research firm Omdia, the company also intended to sell these foldable 17.3-inch OLED panels to Samsung MX respectively. Notably, the Samsung MX division makes Galaxy-branded laptops. Therefore, if the same is going to be true then soon we will see foldable screen laptops from Samsung.

These 17.3-inch OLED panels from Samsung Display are able to fold in half. And divide the whole screen into two equal of 13.3 inches. It indicates that when the laptop is folded then the top screen is used as a display while the bottom can be used as a touchscreen keyboard.
