Samsung’s smartwatches the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 are now getting new updates through Verizon. The December 2022 firmware update brings performance improvements and enhancements to your device.
As per the changelog, the new software update arrives with firmware version R925USQU1AVK6 for the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro, and R905USQU1AVK6 (40mm) / R915USQU1AVK6 (44mm) for the Galaxy Watch 5.
The Galaxy Watch 4 Classic December 2022 firmware update brings version R885USQU1GVK6 for the 42mm variant and R895USQU1GVK6 for the 46mm variant. O
The Galaxy Watch 4 getting this new update with the build number R865USQU1GVK6 for the 40mm variant and R875USQU1GVK6 for the 44mm variant.
In order to install the latest firmware just open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, then go into the Watch Settings menu, select Watch software update, and click on Download and install.
