Galaxy Z Flip 5 to feature larger external display and a new hinge

The next generation of Samsung foldable will be the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and it will release in 2023. As per the latest information, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 will add two changes. First, the foldable phone will launch with a much larger external display and second is to get a new hinge technology to reduce the internal display crease.

The information above is claimed by Ross Young, a display industry expert and the CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants.

The details include that the external screen on the Galaxy Z Flip 5 could be bigger than 3 inches diagonally. Samsung may be planning to cover much of the upper half of the phone’s back with a display. That would be a huge upgrade.
