Ahead of the official launch, the Samsung Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus have now been spotted on FCC. The S23 lineup is expected to be launched in the first week of February 2023.
Now giving as an early launch hint, the standard variant Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus have appeared on FCC (Federal Communications Commission). The listing reveals that the Galaxy S23 will have the model number SM-S911B. It lists in the FCC with the ID A3LSMS911B.
Unfortunately, the specifications are still missing. The listing only confirmed the model numbers and it supports WLAN 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus FCC Listing Details
The Galaxy S23 Plus has a model number SM-S916B and is listed with the FCC id A3LSMS916B and the listing reveals that it will use the same chipset as the vanilla Galaxy S23. That means we will see the latest Qualcomm chipset on both devices.
There will be a Samsung TA 800 charger with an output of 25W. Currently, the listing confirms up to 25W fast charging for both the Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus.

Earlier it was reported that the Galaxy S23 series will use a higher-clocked version of Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
The Samsung Galaxy S23 is expected to arrive with a 6.1-inch E5 AMOLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. In contrast, the Galaxy S23 Plus would feature a higher 6.6-inch display with identical specifications.
