The edition of “Best in Italy – Champions of Service 2023”, the survey of the German Quality and Finance Institute (ITQF), announced the winners in the ranking of recognized brands for after-sales service and which stood out for results and for customer reviews. Samsung Electronics Italia confirms itself once again at the top of the rankings, in first place in no less than five product categories.

The survey held in Italy, German Quality and Finance Institute (ITQF) for “Best in Italy – Champions of Service 2023” convinced the winner of Samsung electronics Italia. The ITQF in Italy conducts an analysis of 1929 companies from 190 different sectors of the Italian economy with the largest Market share in the country. The Ann analysis was carried out through 312 956 interviews with the customers.
For each market, an SES score (Service Experience Score) was calculated on the average service. This indicates the average share of Italians who judge the customer service of companies belonging to that sector as “Very Good”. Companies that score above the average receive the “Top Service” quality seal. The other company obtains the highest score in the entire market.
