The upcoming Samsung Galaxy A14 (4G) was recently appeared with model number SM-A145P and featured the MediaTek Helio G80 processor and the 5G variant with Exynos 1330 chipset.
As per the new report, the new variant SM-A146P of the Galaxy A14 5G has now been listed once again in the Geekbench database with a new processor.
The smartphone appears to be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor (MT6833V). The chipset has an octa-core processor and the ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The listing shows that the Galaxy A14 4G has the weakest GPU (Mali-G52 MC2), while the Galaxy A14 5G with the Exynos 1330 has the most powerful GPU (Mali-G68).
The device features 4GB RAM and runs Android 13. The Samsung Galaxy A14 managed to score 522 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, the score was recorded as 1,710 points.
As per the last leaks and rumors, the upcoming smartphone has a 6.8-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution and an Infinity-V notch. It could have a 50MP primary rear camera, a 13MP front-facing camera, 64GB internal storage, and a 5,000mAh battery.
