Update 1 – November 17, 2022: The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is now spotted on Geekbench with an octa-core processor, a Mali G68 GPU, and 4GB of RAM. It appears that the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G might be equipped with Exynos 2300 processor. he Samsung Galaxy A14 managed to score 770 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 benchmark test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, the score was recorded as 2151 points.
Original Story: November 04, 2022: Samsung Galaxy A14 5G smartphone was recently spotted on the Geekbench website and now the upcoming new Galaxy A4 5G has been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website.
It seems the smartphone is arriving soon in India and other markets. The affordable Samsung Galaxy A14 5G smartphone is the new budget 5G smartphone and it is listed with the model number SM-A146B/DS.
Recently the smartphone was spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance website and claimed that the Galaxy A14 5G will support 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi and it will run on Android 13 out of the box. It will have a layer of One UI 5.0 on top of Android.
Meanwhile, the leaked render shows that the Galaxy A14 will debut with a flat frame design and house a triple-camera setup on the back. The smartphone will have three circular rings and an LED flash next to the sensors.
Following the previous design, there will be a water-drop notch, which Samsung will call an Infinity-U display. The display is surrounded by fairly thin bezels, except for the chin. It also sports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The budget smartphone has a 3.5mm headphone jack along with a USB Type-C port.
