Solve For Tomorrow Initiative: Samsung distributes Rs 1 Cr to Winners

Samsung aims to innovate the solution to the future problem in the tech field, “Solve For Tomorrow” is a superlative example of Samsung seeking to make a difference in society. Where It provides an opportunity to target youth to indulge in innovation for a brighter future.

Lately, Samsung has made a formal public statement about the winners of the initial edition of Solve for Tomorrow in India. The competition aims to find solutions to real-life issues and promote innovative ideas in the country. The CSR of the company targeted to support the youth so that they could bubble up as a contributor to societal goals and tech activists.

At the Solve for Grand Finale event in New Delhi, the top 10 teams presented their final pitches and showed off their prototypes to a Grand Jury. In which the top 3 winners have been selected. The jury comprised entrepreneur and mentor Ankur Warikoo, Dr. Anil Wali, Managing Director of FITT, IIT Delhi. Dr. Archana Chugh, Professor at IIT Delhi. Then there is Dipesh Shah, Managing Director of Samsung R&D Institute – Bangalore.

Sputnik Brain, Udaan, and Alpha Monitor are the top three winners. Each team member also received a Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 laptop and Samsung Galaxy Buds2. An 85-inch Samsung Flip digital board is also been given to the winner of their respective colleges.

Ken Kang, President, and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia said the contrasting statement to the fact.

“All of the young Solvers are India’s future. They have the power to transform India and the world. We are proud of them and will collaborate with them to put their ideas into action and change people’s lives. Youth has the ability to innovate and solve the world’s most pressing problems.”
