Samsung has officially announced that it will hold the ‘Bespoke Jet Bot AI Collaboration Program’ from November 27, 2022.
There will be a new character applied to the robot vacuum cleaner ‘Bespoke Jet Bot AI’. Samsung will conduct the Bespoke Jet Bot AI collaboration with direct participation of consumers in the virtual experience space ‘Jetland’. The characters will be included in the special package.
Jetland is a space set up on Naver Z’s open metaverse platform ‘ZEP’ so that you can experience the premium cordless vacuum cleaner ‘Bespoke Jet’ and the robot vacuum cleaner ‘Bespoke Jet Bot AI’, which represent Samsung vacuum cleaners.

Samsung Electronics will select 10 consumers who participated in the support event to receive a limited-edition top cover featuring a Bespoke Jet Bot AI product and a character of their choice.
Hwang Tae-hwan, executive vice president of Samsung Electronics Korea, said, “Bespoke Jet Bot AI is a friend-like home appliance that goes beyond simple cleaning to a home appliance that replaces cleaning with smart autonomous driving performance, strong suction power, and smartsings-based home monitoring and pet care services.”
