In order to complete the operation just long-press on the blank area of the home screen > Wallpapers & style > Color palette > Toggle off the Color palette.

First of all click and hold the blank area home screen and tap the Wallpaper and style -> Clock on the Color palette -> Choose a Palette you want to use on your phone -> Toggle on Apply palette to app icons if you want to change the Samsung app icon color -> Click on Apply.
