Samsung and TikTok together launched music platform StemDrop

Samsung and TikTok together made a new announcement of a new partnership to launch a new music platform called StemDrop. The music platform allows TikTokers worldwide to showcase their talents and create music alongside renowned artists.

StemDrop is the next evolution of music collaboration – the tagline declared. The StemDrop officially lands on October 26. Both companies have signed a partnership with Syco Entertainment, Universal Music Group, and Republic Records.

To make its first debut, the new music platform StemDrop will list with Max Martin 60-second splice of an original new single, which TikTokers can then use to create their own mixes.

Once the new song by Max Martin is available through StemDrop, TikTok users will have access to the stems, which are individual components of the song, including vocals, drums, bass lines, and so on. This will enable creative freedom for TikTokers who want to showcase their talents and turn the 60-second song into a collaborative creation.
