Samsung officially responded to its millions of Galaxy users around the world while featuring One UI 5. Samsung’s One UI 5 Bixby text call feature

Notably, here you would be able to see the converted text in the conversation but not hear it. So, there won’t be any read-aloud features involved. Only the caller will hear the automated voice created by Bixby.
Bixby Text Call’s English version is set to arrive in early 2023
While opening the Samsung Phone app, tap on the three menu icon. Select a setting and now press the Bixby Text Call feature to enable it by turning on the toggle. As soon as it will come official in your domestic region.
Samsung has already rolled out the Bixby text call feature throughout South Korea. That is considered a part of the earlier One UI 5.0 update. The source says that the support for English will arrive by early 2023. The feature has been removed in One UI 5 beta 5. We can assume that the Bixby text call feature may arrive in the stable version or in One UI 5.1.
