Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 was announced earlier this year and is to be showcased cutting-edge semiconductor in November, expectingly. Qualcomm is all set to host its new Snapdragon event in Hawaii on November 15, where the company remarks on the features officially. Because Qualcomm has not confirmed any official details about the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 SoC. Meanwhile, leaks are awaited to be confirmation of the details about the upcoming SoC.

Tipster Roland Quandt has leaked details online of the upcoming Snapdragon chipset. This Qualcomm Snapdragon SM7475 could be the Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 SoC or perhaps the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 SoC. In the new SM7475 SoC, Silver cores will be attained at 1.8GHz. And The SM7475 will have a tri-cluster design with one Prime core, three Gold cores, and four Silver cores. The Prime will have a 2.4GHz peak clock speed, whereas the Gold cores will come with a 2.36GHz peak core frequency. All of this is same to same as the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC.

Although there is an absence of information regarding the various factors. But some of the sources say that the SM7475 SoC might make use of new core designs. It is likely to feature Cortex A715 for the Prime and Gold cores, on the contrary, the Silver cores could use Cortex-A510. It is also said that the SoC is slightly more efficient and offers 5-10 percent of performance gains over the 7 Gen 1 SoC.
