Samsung’s old foldable smartphones have started grabbing the October 2022 patch update. The latest software update for the Galaxy Fold 5G comes with firmware version F907BXXU6HVI5 in the UK while the Galaxy Flip 5G is now getting October 2022 patch with the software version F707BXXU7HVI3.
The all-new firmware update for the old Z Flip 5G is rolling out in the Baltic region, Hungary, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the UK.
The October 2022 security update is now released to over two dozen smartphones including premium devices and foldable devices.
If you have a Galaxy Fold 5G or Galaxy Z Flip 5G in the above-mentioned countries you can now download and install the update by navigating to Settings -> Sofware update -> tapping Download and install.
