Samsung has now rolled out the September 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy M12 smartphone users. Just recently Samsung released the September 2022 security patch Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy S20 FE and now the M series device is getting it.
The all-new firmware update for the Galaxy M12 bumps up the firmware version to M127FXXS3BVI1 and it is available in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, and Trinidad & Tobago.

Initially, Samsung launched the Galaxy M12 was launched in February 2022 with Android 11-based One UI 3 software onboard. After that, the smartphone received the Android 12-based One UI 4.1 update a few days ago. It will get the Android 13-based One UI 5 update sometime next year.
The September 2022 security patch fixes two dozen of vulnerabilities. It could also bring general bug fixes and device stability improvements.
