Samsung has now released the September 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy A20 in the US. The update is rolling out for the unlocked variant of the Galaxy A20. The smartphone is 3.5 years old and no other device has joined the race.
The September 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy A20’s unlocked variant comes with firmware version A205U1UESDCVI1. The update brings the September 2022 security patch that fixes over two dozen security vulnerabilities.
In order to install the new patch update on your Galaxy A20 in the US, you can download and install the new update on your device by navigating to Settings -> Software update -> tapping Download and install.
Samsung Galaxy A20 was launched with an Infinity V display. It sports a 6.4-inch HD+ capacitive touchscreen with 720 x 1560 pixels resolution and 16M color support.
Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.6GHz Exynos 7884 octa-core processor paired with 3GB of RAM. It comes with 13-megapixel primary camera and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with f/1.9 and f/2.2 aperture, respectively. For selfies, the handset comes with an 8-megapixel front-facing camera. The camera has an aperture of f/2.0.
