Step 1: Click to open the Messages app (Google Messages) in your stock Android.

Step 3: Click on the Message settings.
Step 4: Press on Notifications.

Step 6: Click to the incoming message option.
Step 7: Swipe down and click on sound option.
Step 8: Select a sound division from the default notification sound list/My sounds (If you have a Pixel model).
Step 9: Press on the + icon at the bottom right.
Step 10: Select a Tone from your downloaded song list/mp3 or any different audio file from your handset.
Step 11: Choose a notification sound and click on Save at the top right corner.
