Last week, we rerported the presence of the September 2022 security patch in the Samsung Galaxy A53 US units. The update was rolled out for the carrier-locked and unlocked versions of Galaxy A53 which was identified as A536USQU3AVH1.
Now, according to the latest information, in Korea the Galaxy A53 5G is now getting the current month’s patch i.e September 2022 security with the software version A536NKSU3AVI2 and the update package size is 731.27MB.

The September 2022 security patch fixes over two dozen privacy and security vulnerabilities. In order to install the latest firmware update on your device, you can install the new update by heading to Settings » Software update and tapping Download and install.

Samsung has already promised to send 4 years of Android OS upgrades, and five years of security updates. Comes with Android 12 the Galaxy A53 5G will be updated till Android 16.
