[Update: Singapore] Galaxy A23 grabbed August 2022 security update

Samsung launched its Galaxy A23 5G smartphone recently with preinstalled One UI 4.1 based on Android 12, 5,000 mAh battery, 6.6-inch FHD+ Infinity-V LCD screen, and 8 MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture. On the rear side, Samsung has given a 50 MP primary camera with OIS, a 5 MP ultrawide camera, a 2 MP macro unit, and a 2 MP depth sensor.

Now looking back at the previously launched device, the Galaxy A23 smartphone users in Russia are now able to install the August 2022 security patch update with the latest firmware version A235FXXU1AVG2. It improves the stability of the cameras on the device while also improving the privacy, security, and stability of the whole smartphone.

[September 13, 2022]: The Galaxy A23 5G September 2022 security patch is also rolling out in Singapore with the firmware version A236EXXU2AVI1.

The August 2022 security patch fixes 1 critical and 23 high levels of CVEs. It might also include bug fixes and device stability improvements.

If you have a Galaxy A23 in Russia then you can now get the new update by heading over to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install.
