World Expo 2030: Samsung chief Lee Jae-yong meets Mexican President

World Expo 2030 is ready to launch in 2030, and Samsung, being one of the huge tech giants across the globe and a native of South Korea, wants the World Expo 2030 to come off in Busan, South Korea. Busan is moving up opponent another place.

In addition to Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh, Italy’s Rome, and Ukraine’s Odesa. Earlier this month, it was declared that Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee Jae-Yong would be going or visiting Europe and the US this month.

According to the reports, four countries have submitted competing candidatures to organize World Expo 2030: the Republic of Korea (Busan), Italy (Rome), Ukraine (Odesa), and Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).

Samsung Electronics Vice Chairman Lee met Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador in Mexico City and ask for support for introducing World Expo 2030 in Busan. Lee comes to Mexico on September 6 as a presidential particular mediator. Besides asking for support for the Busan World Expo, they talk about the short or long-term collaboration between Samsung and Mexican organizations.

Lee also reach out to global business partners and overseas field employees-
Lee appreciated the Mexican government for their support of Samsung Electronics’ local business in Mexico. During this, Lee also direct how Busan would be the superior location to present the World Expo 2030. There, Samsung will available with perception and advanced creative technologies for a great future for people.

Lee also went to the fabrication sites of Samsung Electronics’ Queretaro Appliances Factory and Samsung Engineering’s Dosbocas Oil Refinery on September 9 and 10, individually. He visited there to see the growth of the project and also inspire the workers or employees, as they were performing even at the time of the Chuseok day off.

Samsung is positive about World Expo 2030-

The locality of the World Expo 2030 will be declared with a vote by the International Exposition Organization (BIE) member countries, and Samsung is optimistic about Busan being denominated the presenter.
