Verizon releases One UI 4.1.1 for Galaxy S21 Series in the US

Samsung just kicking off the current month’s patch i.e. September 2022 security patch for the select devices. Again proving to become the best company to enlarge its software update rollouts.

Now, in the US, Verizon has rolled out the new One UI 4.1.1 software update for the Galaxy S21 series. Earlier it was released for the Galaxy S22 series.

Both series are currently testing One UI 5 beta in major countries and the next beta rollout is expected to be released next week.

The Galaxy S21 series lineup, Galaxy S21, Samsung Galaxy S21+, and Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra have started grabbing the new One UI 4.1.1 software update based on Android 12.

The update is currently identified as build number G998USQU5CVH8 and the latest update doesn’t include the September 2022 patch but there will be a lot of new features you are going to experience.

What’s changing:

This software update brings the latest One UI 4.1.1 and other enhancements.

Private Share

You can now edit names once files are shared through private sharing. Go to Private Share > select sent or received files > select the 3 dots for more options > select Edit name.

Smart View

Multi View has been enhanced to fit your daily usage style. Select the Multi View controls from the Smart View drop down list. The Multi View options window will appear.
