Samsung smart TVs 2020 and Newer

  2. Select the Settings menu and navigate to  Support.
  3. Select Support followed by Self Diagnosis.
  4. Now, select the Reset Smart Hub option.
  5. The Smart Hub will be reset and you can launch the app and see if it’s working.
