Due to bug in animation, One UI 5 Beta 2 delayed

Samsung’s One UI 5 beta program was first rolled out for the Galaxy S22 series in South Korea, Germany, and in the US. The latest One UI 5 beta 1 was based on Android 13 which recently takes its place in the market starting with the Pixel device.

Samsung hasn’t released the new One UI version in the other markets yet. Some users shared their CheckFirm app screenshots that the company is testing a new One UI app version for the Galaxy S20 seriesGalaxy S21, Galaxy A53, Galaxy A52/A52s, and Galaxy M32. As per the screenshots, the users haven’t mentioned the exact One UI version, some noted it was One UI 4.1.1 and others noted One UI 5. So, what’s the truth behind it?

Now getting closer info from the Ice Universe, a well-known Twitter tipster, Samsung is delaying the One UI 5 Beta 2 program due to the system animation issue which is expected to be pushed out next Monday.

Ice Universe’s recent Tweet also mentioned that the South Korean tech firm Samsung has changed the design of its stock app icons, including Phone, Camera, Contacts, and Messages.

When the stable version will release?

According to past reports, the final/official version of the Android 13-based One UI 5.0 update is expected to be released by the end of October 2022 on Galaxy devices.
