Samsung Galaxy Buddy 2 goes official with Snapdragon 750G SoC

Samsung Korea officially launched the Galaxy Buddy 2 smartphone with a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display, 120Hz refresh rate, and more. Judging from the layout of the phone, it seems to be a rebranded variant of the Galaxy M23 and Galaxy F23.

As per the specifications, the newly launched Galaxy Buddy 2 sports a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a teardrop notch and it supports an FHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels and comes with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device comes preloaded with the Android 12 OS and Samsung’s One UI.

For selfies and rear picturization, the Galaxy Buddy 2 consists 8-megapixel selfie camera alongside a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and a 2-megapixel macro snapper.

The Galaxy Buddy 2 is powered by Snapdragon 750G chipset and comes with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage. It is packed with a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging support.

It offers other features, such as 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, a USB-C port, a microSD card slot, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It measures 165.5 x 77 x 8.4mm and weighs 198 grams.
