Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 may use OLED (Chinese)

Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 series is yet to come and the rumors of the year 2023 smartwatch Galaxy Watch 6 are started appearing online. Starting with the display panel, SamMobile’s latest report claimed that Samsung is in talks with Chinese display manufacturer BOE for the Galaxy Watch 6.

As per the information gathered by the source, the South Korean tech giant and the biggest Chinese display makers are coordinating with each other to plan a production schedule.

This is not enough, the story is quite interesting, Samsung is also planning to use BOE’s OLED panels in high-end Galaxy smartphones. Until now, BOE’s panels were only used in entry-level and mid-range smartphones like the Galaxy A13 and the Galaxy A23.

Meanwhile, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 series pricing details are leaked, the base model with Bluetooth connectivity will cost €259.98, while the 44nm model with Bluetooth support will be priced at €286.90. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Pro 45nm model will be priced at €430.89. The 40m version will be available in Phantom Black, Pink Gold, and Silver colors, while the 44mm version could be launched in Phantom Black, Silver, and Sapphire colors.
