Samsung finally started rolling out the July 2022 Android security patch update for the Galaxy Fold users in the Europe market. Recently, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 users have received the same update and it’s turn for the first generation.
According to the information, the latest Galaxy Fold update comes with improvements in the security and stability of the device’s system. Samsung has fixed 41 CVE and SVE items from Google and Samsung, which are related to Wearable Manager Installer, Samsung Finder, Messages app, Contacts storage, Knoxguard lock, and more.
The all-new Samsung Galaxy Fold July 2022 security patch update is rolling out with the firmware version F926BXXS1CVG1. Samsung Galaxy Fold is on Android 12 for now which is based on One UI 4.1 OS.
Meanwhile, Samsung is preparing the Galaxy Flip 4 and Galaxy Fold 4 launch and the date is on the corner, it is expected to arrive on August 10, 2022.
