According to the Korean report, Samsung will strive to increase its market share of high-end devices and the company is said to focus on its new foldable models this year. In Samsung’s pocket, there are two foldable devices the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 which will be unveiled soon.
At present, Samsung is preparing for the release of a new round of folding screen devices (Galaxy Z Fold4 / Galaxy Z Flip4) in August, and the company is also trying to understand how high the premium the market is willing to accept.
On the one hand, Samsung may lower its sales expectations for the Galaxy S and Galaxy A series smartphones. On the other hand, the Galaxy S series could gradually become a “second-tier” device for the South Korean electronics giant.
