Samsung Galaxy S22

Samsung Galaxy S22 is skillfully tweaked from its predecessor, the Galaxy S21. It has a very nice glass back again and features the latest 2022 silicon. It also has an upgraded camera system that should be much better than the 2021 model, you won’t find the S22 drastically different from the S21 in terms of experience.

Refined, compact design • Small yet sweet display • Impressive camera setup

Samsung Galaxy S22 Plus

The middle child of the Galaxy S22 series is again the Plus variant which is bigger than the vanilla Galaxy S22. It has a larger display, and a larger battery, and charges faster with a wired connection. However, its cameras, processor, RAM, and internal storage options are the same as its little brother’s.

Excellent display • Powerful camera package • Solid battery life

Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra

Out of the three new phones in the Galaxy S22 family, none can compare to the Galaxy Ultra variant. Unlike the previous two variants in the Galaxy S family, the Galaxy S22 ‘Ultra‘ is more like a Galaxy Note line with the inclusion of an S Pen. Even if anyone gives a close look at it, you might think it is the true follow-up to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has the same boxy shape, flat top and bottom, and curvy sides.

Solid performance • Punchy, versatile cameras • S Pen functionality • Above-average software support

Select your Edge Panel

Though the Edge panel is not a new add-on in Galaxy S22 series, I mean we are using this since the Galaxy S6 Edge, but the latest version is the most enhanced one. So I suggest giving the Edge panel a try.

Track your device with Offline Finding

I found this as one of the most concerned or important features that Samsung could bring and as we know that
Samsung had a SmartThings app to find the lost device while they are connected to the network but what if when it disconnected from the network, Now there is a new feature to find the lost phone and it works similarly to a Bluetooth tracker. Samsung’s Offline Finding feature uses other nearby Samsung phones to detect your phone as a Samsung Galaxy SmartTag would.

Screen spam and scam callers

Scam call and SMS screening tools are built-in in Samsung S22 and they work really well.

To do this:

  1. Head to Settings, scroll down, and select Apps.
  2. Tap on choose Default Apps.
  3. Scroll down and tap into called ID & Spam.
  4. Select Phone.

Keep the Screen-On

It’s really annoying sometimes when there’s something to view and your mobile screen switches off, especially while reading e-books and during long text reading. Enable the ‘Keep Screen-On’ feature so you don’t have to suffer it further, This feature ensures that your screen remains on when you look at it.

To find the feature Go to – Advanced settings –> Motions and gestures.

Theme Customization

Through this feature, you can match your theme as it to your wallpaper, and the feature called ‘Material You’- extracts colors from your phone’s wallpaper and applies them across the device.

Customize your Searches

If you already tried searching for an app in S22 then it shows similar matching documents and photos. So if someone doesn’t want to opt for this they customize their search as well.

To do this:

  1. Head to the app drawer.
  2. Tap on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner to open Settings.
