Carrier-locked Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21 FE June 2022 patch

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE and Galaxy S21 carrier-locked devices are now getting the June 2022 security patch update in different territories. Earlier, the new software update is limited to European countries. Now, as per the official declaration, the new update has reached US shores with new firmware and is available on a few carrier networks in the country.

The June 2022 security update for the carrier-locked version of the Galaxy S21 FE is now distributed with the firmware version G990USQU3CVF1. The current patch fixes more than 60 known vulnerabilities. It also brings general bug fixes and device stability improvements.

If you are a Galaxy S21 FE user on Comcast or Xfinity Mobile’s network in the US, you can download the update by navigating to Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the new firmware from our database and flash it manually.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Latest Update:

Apart from the Galaxy S21 FE, Samsung Galaxy S21 series received the June 2022 security patch in Europe last month. In the US, the update has now been released for carrier-locked versions of the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and the Galaxy S21 Ultra.

The Galaxy S21 series comes with firmware version G99xUSQU5CVF3 in the US. It brings the June 2022 security patch that fixes 66 privacy and security vulnerabilities.

If you are the owner of the above-mentioned devices, download it via system Settings » Software update and tap on download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file and flash it manually.
