Samsung always focused on distributing the month ahead security patches for its eligible devices and getting to know that this is the only company that looks forward to its users.

In starting the June 2022 security patch from Samsung was released for the Galaxy S21 and the Galaxy Tab S7. Now, Samsung has started rolling out the same update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The June 2022 security patch for the Galaxy S22 series is rolling out with the firmware version S90xEXXU2AVEH. But yeah, you need to check if your device is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset or the model numbers SM-S901E, SM-S906E, and SM-S908E.

As of now, Samsung is releasing the new update and June 2022 security patch for the Galaxy S22 in the UAE (United Arab Emirates), but as always, it should expand into other markets gradually.

The update comes with a huge 1.7GB of size, so we suggest you download it over a Wi-Fi network. The changelog talks about improvements to stability and security, along with other mysterious “new and/or enhanced features” that may or may not be included.
