Samsung’s upcoming Watch 5 is said to be released soon. Now, the wireless charger for the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 received South Korea’s RRA certification. The model that can be identified as ER-OR900, which corresponds to the model EB-BR900ABY associated with the previous battery.
In addition, the model number of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 series is SM-R9xx, for example, the model number of Galaxy Watch 5 Pro is SM-R925.
For now the charging rate is unknown but the previous certifications showed that the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will have a large 572mAh battery, and the Galaxy Watch 5 will have a 276mAh battery.
According to @i Ice Universe, the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will be equipped with sapphire glass and a titanium alloy case, which should have a big improvement in scratch resistance.
The Galaxy Watch 5 and the Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will come with OLED displays, Wear OS, GPS, IP rating, skin temperature measurement, and all the fitness tracking sensors. The Galaxy Watch 5 Pro will have premium materials.
I really hope Samsung is going to keep that iconic rotating bezel instead of replacing it with another inferior “solution”.
I’m so ready to get that Galaxy Watch5 Pro and I think (and hope) it’s going to be a big upgrade.
