Samsung is one of the best companies to make records on a regular basis in fact its smartphones had a good credit history. This market performance combined with today’s survey of more than 23,000 Americans confirms it. A new US Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report shows that in the US, the best smartphone in the minds of consumers so far in 2022 is the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. This is similar to last year’s report that showed a tie for first place among the Galaxy Note 10 Plus, S20 Plus, and Galaxy S10 Plus.
If we talk about the previous history, Samsung took first place in overall consumer satisfaction with a score of 81, and managed to beat Apple with a score of 80. This year, however, Samsung dropped one point while Apple maintained its position, meaning both companies are now tied at 80 points, followed by Google, Motorola and LG in the top five.
As usual, ACSI’s Best Smartphones report features a lot of older phones, including the Google Pixel 4. More interestingly, companies such as HTC and LG also managed to make the list. It just goes to show that while Samsung and Apple are the top choices for U.S. consumers, many are comfortable with older phones and continue to use them.
