Android 12 and One UI 4 rolling for Galaxy Tab S6 and Tab S6 Lite

According to the information, the Android 12 update is now rolling out for selected Samsung devices. Now as per the new changelog the Galaxy Tab S6 and the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite are now getting the Android 12 (One UI 4) firmware update in Europe.

To know that, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 getting Android 12 along with the February 2022 security patch and the latest update can be identified as firmware number T865XXU5DVC3.

The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, on the other hand, is getting Android 12 and the March 2022 security patch. This update carries firmware number P615XXU4EVC5.

Android 12 is available for the Galaxy Tab S6 in Germany, whereas the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is getting updated in France. There, you can download the latest official Samsung firmware files for various devices, including the Tab S6 and Tab S6 Lite.

To recall, the Korean tech giant released the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 with a 10.5 inches (26.67 cm) touchscreen for your daily needs and runs Android v9.0 (Pie) operating system to quickly open apps and games. The device is powered by a Octa core (2.84 GHz, Single core, Kryo 485 + 2.42 GHz, Tri core, Kryo 485 + 1.7 GHz, Quad core, Kryo 485) processor paired with 6 GB GB of RAM to further enhance the user’s experience. It also has a 7040 mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC. Talking about the RAM this device has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage which is said to expand by up to 1TB using a microSD card.

Screen Size: The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite sports 10.4-inch TFT LCD screen with a 2000×1200 pixel resolution. The Galaxy Tab S5e (Review) had a side-mounted one while the Galaxy Tab S6 has an in-display one. You do get face recognition, though.

The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite include Bluetooth 5, dual-band Wi-Fi ac, and four satellite navigation systems. It comes with a 7040mAh battery and comes with a 7.75W charger in the box.

Samsung ships the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with One UI 2.0 running on top of Android 10. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite uses traditional Android navigation buttons at the bottom of the display but you do have the option to switch to gesture-based navigation.
