According to the information, the Korean tech giant Samsung has started rolling out a new security update to the Galaxy A11, Galaxy A31, and the Galaxy A51 5G. These phones are now getting January 2022 security patch. Below you can check the version information and countries name.
- Galaxy A11 – Firmware version A115FXXS2BVA1 (Available in Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam)
- Galaxy A31 – Firmware version A315FXXU1CVA1 (Available in Afghanistan, the Caucasus region, Egypt, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, the UAE, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan)
Samsung has released the January 2022 security update to the Galaxy A51 5G with firmware version A516BXXU5CUL9 in Europe, Taiwan, and the UK.
The January 2022 security patch consists of dozens of privacy and security-related vulnerabilities, and Samsung had detailed them last month.
Download the latest update via Settings » Software update and tapping on Download and install. You can also download the latest firmware file for your device from our firmware section and flash it manually.
